I stopped by the little shop at HB hoping to grab a sandwich, but unfortunately all the ones left had butter – which I can’t eat due to allergies. I totally understood it wasn’t their fault, so I was just about to leave.
However the two ladies working there pulled out all their tools and quickly made me a fresh sandwich in just two minutes, cause I was also in a rush to catch my train. I really appreciated that!
This wasn’t just “good service” – they truly went the extra mile for me, especially considering it’s not a full restaurant, just a small food stand at the station.
As someone with multiple food allergies, I’m so used to not being able to eat in most places – so this really made my day. Thank you so much! 10/10 ❤️- Preis pro Person

If you are curious to try Zopf (or you already love it!), which is a very popular type of braided bread in Switzerland, then this is the place for you! They offer this type of bread in many different shapes and flavors: cinnamon, chocolate chip, hazelnut, bacon, olive, ecc. They also make a lot of different sandwiches with this type of bread that I have yet to try.
I especially like their Zimt-chnöpfli, very similar to a cinnamon roll but without the glaze, so it's not overly sweet. I also like the Schoggi-chnöpfli (chocolate chip), as the chocolate they use tastes very good, and it's even slightly melted!
Prices are okay, not the cheapest place in Züri HB, but for baked goods, definitely in line with other stores. It's only takeaway, so it's not possible to eat inside, but there are multiple benches located close by.- Service

If you are looking to take a snack or just a coffee with you on the train, then this is perfect. I had a Betty Bossi Zopf which was delicious and a nice coffee. The lady at the counter was very polite. What more do you need!

The staff is kind and polite, the location of the place is optimal: the store is easy to find (once you know where it is!).
The is no space to consume drinks or eat, since it works only as takeaway.I am from south east asia. I dont know much about bread. But i do like their bread. About the meat inside the sandwich, it depends on what you chose, but it is enjoyable (not super good). But overall i like it because of the bread.
What a friendly staff and a smiling lady at the cash desk despite the early hours!

Ich bin seit ca. 2 Jahren treue Kunde und die Produkte schmecken mir sehr gut! Aber...Leider gibt es seit paar Wochen bedient eine ältere Frau die Gäste, sie ist sehr laut (wirklich laut) und redet sehr viel, was die Bedienung verlängert und es nervt unheimlich, besonders morgens um 6.00 Uhr 😨😫

Heute habe ich das Zopf & Zöpfli im HB entdeckt und mich spontan für einen Cappuccino und ein feines Zöpfli mit Briekäse und Feigen entschieden. Es hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt.

Ich war heute Morgen ca. 7 Uhr dort. Sehr nettes neues Personal, sehr höfliche und mitfühlende Frau mit Brille, leider noch ohne Namensschild, also kann ich ihr hier nicht danken. Cappuccino mit EXTRA 2XSchokolade hat mir die Stimmung verbessert:)) Lachs-Sandwich und ein zusätzliches Sandwich nach meinem speziellen Wunsch, ohne Rucola - sofortgemacht. Tolles Service!!! Durch meine Tolpatschigkeit habe ich den Kaffee auf dem Perron ausgeschüttet. Als ich mir einen neuen geholt habe, habe ich dies beiläufig erwähnt. Die Verkäuferin hat mir dann einen gratis Kaffee gegeben, das hat meinen Tag direkt schöner gemacht. Danke vielmals!
